New Shopping Centres in Cork

I've heard there's an email been going around about what's going into all the retail developments that's going on around Cork. i.e. Mahon Point, Blackpool and Ballincollig.

Does anyone have a copy of this to post? else what do people know about them?
The development in Ballincollig looks impressive!
