Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Strange/Funny Business Names

I was in the local chipper the other night and I saw an ad for a Hairdressers called “Split Endz” and I got thinking to myself what a really stupid name. That’d be like a restaurant calling itself “Salmonella” or “The Trots” or something similar!! So I got talking to a friend about funny or strange names that people give…

There used to be a chain of Chinese Take-aways in Dublin called "Good Luck" which I always thought was quite strange.
The reason being, every time you'd ring up to place your order you'd be greeted with the words "Good Luck"
Doesn't exactly instill confindence when you're just about to order food!!!
