On Sunday, I got call credit(Listen, I hadn't any credit for a week, so this could be going on longer than I know!) and I went to go to the VL homepage. but, what I realised is I'm getting the old CSD homepage, with no trace or sign of Vodafone Live anywhere! I decicded to check earlire again, and it's still the old homepage. I tried logging on with my bro's moby, and he has the same thing as well!

    What's going on?

Check your settings are correct on your mobile phone.

You can find these on www.vodafone.ie

What type of handset do you have?

Just as a test, have you tried adding a bookmark for
    http://live.vodafone.com/
and tried accessing it that way?

    Handset: I've a Sagem my-v 65.

Bookmark: Tried it there, and I get the Vodafone Live! homepage via bookmark.

Conclusion: All my settings are correct to those given on the Vodafone Website, but why to I keep getting the old e-merge homepage? Does this matter need to be told to Vodafone?

Does your brother have the same type of phone?

When I access the live! link, it redirects me to the following page (the live! home page)

    http://live.vodafone.com/vsky/index.preg

What happens if you try accessing that link?

    Bizarre!

I had a look at the Vodafone configuration website for that phone:

    http://www.vodafone.ie/live/config/index.jsp?handset=MYV65

looks like they have one bit wrong, in the live! WAP GPRS settings part, step 17, they have the APN being wap.vodafone.com, when the APN (for you anyway) should be live.vodafone.com

So I'd suggest checking all your settings according to the settings sticky, rather than the vodafone website. Sigh.

If you have no luck, I think the only thing you can do is get in touch with Vodafone, sorry.

just looked at the sticky for operator settings, and it looks like they're all the dsame as what i have on my phone!

Wasn.'t going to do this, but it looks like it's a phonecall to customer care! Hate ringing them because they're always telling you things you know about 90% of the time!

oh well, will tell you tomorrow how i got on!
