its something to do with the sound pitch, i lowered the 10khz and 5 khz to about 1/4 way and set the 120hz ,500hz abd the1.5khz to half way, this has nearly stopped it totally, but do you think its worth my while returning it to dunnes?, as it would be hard to prove
