Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    the only moment I loved about the movie, was the alien pierced the predator and lifted it up, it was kinda cool, like hey, preds, why don't you take on someone of your size

    slomos and shaking was annoying got to agree!

    also the predator - alien fight, sucked too!

    Was absolutel sh*t ... its an action movie for kids not science fiction for adults. I want the 90 minutes of my life it stole back :(

    just watched in parts over the last couple of days which didn't add to the overall experience.
    wasn't expecting much so i found it ok. thought it tossed a few nods in the direction of the game which i liked with the predators switching through their different vision modes and the weapons which i liked apart from the disc for which they should have stuck to the previous model.

    i like the scene where he sliced the face hugger followed swiftly then by the alien. i also thought that the alien with the damaged head form the net was gonna take a larger role like some personal fight between him and the other predator.

    also due to the fact i had no idea how long i watched it for (as i watched it in parts) i thought that the film could concievably could carry on with more action with the birth of the predalien but alas no

    Scarface (my nickname for the scarred alien) was the best character in the film!

    i think his sacrifice for the queen was fitting. but yeah another fight with him would have been cool. except the predator would have lost and we wouldnt have a story


    Also i have figured out how paul aderson got the life cycle so bad!


    his only experiance with the alien universe was probably the two avp computer games and if u play multiplayer avp2 you can play as a facehugger and when u hug someone you die and chestburst in the space of a minute or 2...

    Hmmm. I'm not sure I can think of one good thing to say about this film. It was a cool idea, but it failed where a film like Freddy vs Jason succeeded. Why? Well FvJ was a combination of two slasher films, and what was the film about? Loads of people getting killed along with a kinda believeable storyline of how the two came into contact.
    THIS, was one of the most disgraceful pieces of shít I've ever seen. Firstly it made no sense in regards to the previous Predator films. It starts off painfully slow, and I was actually still kind of into it at this stage. I figured when the action broke out it was going to be cool.
    I knew the whole storyline from the trailer, but I figured this was elaborated on in the film. Surely the whole storyline couldnt be told during a short trailer? Well, I was actually wrong, at some stage near the end of the film when we STILL don't actually know what's going on, the italian guy(gotta wonder why he was italian of all things) just reads it off the wall. One sentence. I was seriously disliking this film by then, but I still wanted to see how it would end. Could it be all bad? Was their a kick ass ending?? NO! Possibly the most annoying bítch I've ever seen in a film - BESIDES kelly rowland in FvJ (SHE GOT KILLED) - makes friends with the last of the preditors, says fúck twice, runs around half naked in the FREEZING artic and they team up to kill the queen alien. Only to be left on her own. Did she sail the ship home? Did she die? I hope to fúck she did. And that sequal teaser at the end? I don't think anyone who saw this film would ever see a sequal based on this crap.




    DO NOT GO AND SEE THIS FILM.

    Couldn't even sit through the film...

    The only film i ever walked out of in the cinema was U571..

    Alien Vs Predator was so bad i couldn't even sit through it in my own home!
