You don't need those huge icons on the left, they only take away space from the important information on the right (horizontal scrollbars are a pet peeve of mine). Make them smaller, and put them at the top somewhere.

i have to agree with the above post. there is lots of room above the pinter status's for icons (like where the empty orange strip currently is taking space), making the need to scroll sideways to view printer status less of a problem if the icons were above instead.
