Character Limit + Quote Bug

    Small bug, not particularily important, but one none the less.

    Quotes are not counted in the ten character limit, which I think is a bit silly, I posted two seperate quotes, one had the question being posed to me, the second had another quote which answered the question.

    I tried posting it but had to stick in at least ten characters outside the quote tags to be able to post.

    Getting rid of the 10 character limit would be the best solution to that rather than fiddling with it. I don't see the point of it at all.
