    has anybody got the beta copy of this?

    couldnt be bothered filling out forms on MS and waiting 4 weeks.

    Any help would be apriciated!

    Didnt kno it was still beta. Probably better to wait fo the full version tbh. Crash crash crash crash! Like longhorn you would have to turn off a load of services for it to be remotely healthy.

    im building a 64 system soon, thought id try the beta in tandem with tradional OS

    I have it, technet release,april 2004 build.
    if you have an ftp to upload it to of somethin i can do it....
    do you have longhorn 4074, wouldn't mind a copy of it..

    SouperComputer, why don't yopu download it from the microsoft.com website (if you've got the bandwidth) and then burn the CD.

    As for Longhorn...4074 is VVVVVVVEEERRRRYYYY old...and to be honest, it's a massive resource hog because it's early alpha.
    You'll install it, see that it's the same as XP with a new skin, then remove it because it's so slow! :)
