Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    WARINING - SPOILER TO FOLLOW

    Hey,

Quick question, and apologies if this has been discussed before..
But you know when Andy digs the hole in the wall to get out of Shawshank? How the hell did he get the poster back on the wall??

    Kevin.

havin not read the book, id say there might be a more straightforward explanation in there, but its not physically that difficult.

Throughout the film he only has it pinned up by the top two corners, so that he could crouch underneath it. Which raises another question, that of how they managed to throw the chess piece so cleanly through a poster that had no tension in it.

edit - question answered in thread below............

I'd hazard a guess that a chap of Andy's ingenuity would have affixed some doo-hickey to weigh down the bottom corners of the poster and had the top corners permanently affixed to the wall. Kinda curtain you can lift vibe, innit
