    one of my mates emailed me from greece looking for help on this matter.

    I;m in Greece at the mo and i bought a sim card for my fone to use here. But it's asking for a restriction code. Was wondering if any of your ..... could get a restriction code for a nokia 7250i phone?
    appreciate any help

    Hi

    Its means the phone is network locked.

    You can unlcock it below but will need his IMEI. He can get that by entering in *#06# into the phone.

    when it comes to the country bit, get him to put in his own country (presume he's from Ireland) and his home network (O2, Voda or Meteor)....not the country he is visiting or the network he plans to use
