Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A computer software company introduces three new products(a,b,c) into the market. Their monthly share of the market is analysed and the following results are found:
80% of customers who buy product A, one month continue to buy product A the next month, whereas 25% of customers who buy product B one month remain loyal to product B the next month and 25% of customers who buy product C, one month buy product A the next month.
15% of customers who buy product A, one month buy product B the next month, whereas 35% of customers who buy product B one month buy product C the next month and finally 15% of customers who buy product C one month, remain loyal the next month

Could some please explain how to set up a transition matrix for this cos i havent a jot
