    If anyone has a motorola Vxxx which the external led stay on with the flip open, could you please let me know??

    nope. not if you mean the little coloured circle that glows when the phone rings or bluetooth is on etc. goes off as soon as you pick up afaik.

    my g/f has a v600 btw.

    I mean the backlight on the external screen where you see the number/name of the person calling you.

    the LED stays on but once the flip is open it says Motorola and the light turns off.

    why? you havin problems?

    (i have a V600 by the way)

    I'm not having problems, rather I want the light to stay on when I open the flip, as I have custom text on the outer display.
