Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

wireless router adapters ? plugged 24/7 ?

    hey just recieved by netgear wireless router and wifi card, basically router will be downstairs and i will be using laptop upstairs, router has an adapater, would that not over heat or burn ? by being plugged in all day ?

    stupid question, i know :eek: just wondering :rolleyes:
    maybe router doesnt use much power ?

    Barring a fault I doubt it. I don't know bout ur particular model but my linksys has been running 24 hours a day for around the past two months.

    those things are ment to be able to be plugged in 24/7
    sure they heat up a bit but iv never had any problem
