Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

For those of you who didn't believe me when I posted a thread about Giggs a couple of weeks back, if you get a chance to see todays game again, watch him in the 61st and 83rd minutes. In the 61st he gives a hospital pass to Scholes, which I think it's Lampard gratefully accepts, and our great hero stands giving out to scholesy. Then in the 83rd, a ball is fed up the line to him, he doesn't get anything on it and it goes into touch. He blames the person who passed it to him. Brutal.

Forlan should never come onto the pitch for Utd again, talk about giving the ball away! Ditto for Quinton. And Howard is becoming less and less convincing with each outing. We should raid Chelski for Cudicini and Duffer.

howard made bread and butter saves with ease, something other keepers cant do. he was to blame for the goal yes but he made up for it with 1 or 2 blocks 1 on 1.

giggs wasnt as bad as you say he was, he was worse last season. if he continues playing like he did today il be happy.

raid chelsea by all means but the only players id be interested in are duff and terry.

And this needed a thread! So if a player puts their hands on their hips they are crap!! sweet divine!
Howard did what was expected, maybe he should have got to the goal but he didn't sin é, he is a top notch keeper.

He didn't get to the goal because he came out with his legs like a coward.

Giggs is getting almost as frustrating to watch as Forlan. I hope to god that Fergie buys a left winger before the transfer window closes. I can't stand watching Giggs with his hands on his hips trying to blame other players. He needs to put in far more effort.

He is frustrating to watch but i wouldnt compare him to forlan. Giggs has shown he has the ability but i think sometimes he lacks to desire, I'd like to see how he would react to being dropped, maybe fergie could try ronaldo on the left for a few games...see how giggs preforms when he returns. One of the main reasons the 99 team achieved so much was beacause the midfield was so competitive, if they can get that competitive edge back they could get back to those heights...

Couldn,t agree more and Giggs was always one of my favourite players but he is simply not producing consistantly for the past three seasons. Its time he had a bit of competition for his place.

yes, the same way nigel martyn was supposed to have caught shots and not flapped at crosses.

it was his mistake for the goal but he doesnt deserved to be hacked down just for that.

Especially with the way that United got pipped for Arjen Robben, I presumed they were gonna add another winger to the squad this summer? Still a couple of weeks for it to happen I guess.
