    Just logged in to pay a bill on the O2 site and it's now possible to download your bill statement as a pdf but even better is the facility for downloading all your call information as an excel sheet.

    nice one from O2!

    for pre-pay there there's no PDF monthly bill available, but you can download the Excel file of the recent call list

    seems pretty to update too, GPRS session from 3pm already showing up on it...

    logging into it is still a problem when Norton Personal Firewall is running on the PC and now the Account window won't open with Safari on the Mac...

    A PDF isn't that useful. The excel sheet is though. You can analyse your calls. You can simply cut and paste it from the meteor site into excel, for prepaid at least.

    and bill ... they also offer plenty of ways to sort your calls on My Meteor W/O having to use an excel SS .. nice feature
