Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Exams in the Goethe institute

    Hi, Was just wondering if anyone has any done any othe the Goethe institute exams esp.the ZOP, kleines and großes Sprachdiplom. Was thinkin of doing one but just not really sure how difficult they are.

    I would say it depends on your level of german, and what you need it for.
    They ran the Sprachdiplom I and II in my school, i started off on the Sprachdiplom I and decided the workload wasnt worth it plus i didnt want to pursue education in germany.

    i've studied german in school and college but just wanna get an actual quilification sort of thing. did the online test and got C1 rating so should be able to do the ZOP but not too sure bout the other two though. Was jusdt wondering if anyone had done any of those?

    Yeah, oh the irish site under Sprachkurse there's a link to do a n online - Einstufungstest. Just a few sentances etc. that you have to fill owrds in etc in correct case etc. It's juts there to give u an idea of the level of exam you should be able for.

    Hey, I've been going to the Goethe Institute for the past few years (5 - I think!) - a few people in my class did the ZOP in June, but I'm not sure how they got on. When I go back in September & hear, I'll let you know!
    I didnt do it as I'm too lazy, promised myself I'll do an exam next year?? - havent done any exams since the Deutsch as Fremdsprache....
