    Was a thread about complaints to Comreg about utv just a reply today.
    Dear Mr Desmond,

    broadband service.

    ComReg has approached U.TV on your behalf detailing your concerns
    requesting that they respond to you directly with their response copying
    the office with this reply.

    Your concerns have also been brought to the attention of the relevant
    personnel in ComReg.

    (might be interesting to get some figures on how many people mailed Comreg and got a reply tho)
