    Go out and buy it, install all (*sigh) the patches and have fun. Its a good game and a welcome change from CS. I never had any real problems once I patched it.

    Alot of ppl have complaints about T2 but then again alot of ppl have complaints about most things in life.

    Buy it, its probablyu cheap now.
    Its not half as good as t1 but its better than most other games out there.
    Make sure you patch it tho, once you do it should work grand (assuming your system is relativly modern)

    Hi, I'm also thinking of getting T2. My comp can cope fine but not sure about my modem - I heard T2 isn't as bad lagwise as CS. Is this true?

    The tribes netcode is second to none. IMHO its better than any netcode out there. a LOT better than cs anyway.

    Tis' a shame it dosent feature client side shot prediction type stuff though...

    Trying to snipe can be really annoying, when it takes 200ms to actually fire the gun.
