    I would also believe you if you told me that it wasn't you (or someone to do with you) that just gave me bad karma (again, no effect) and put mercs name in the comments. If it was merc, I would have lost points, I didn't so it was obviously someone in the red. But not you, naturally.

    i'm on -10 rep points...what sad little pissheads goes to the trouble of giving people bad rep points because they dont agree with them or whatever?

    the dubious and scumbag nature of rep points can be clearly seen in the way that you dont know who gives u the points....what i mean by this is - its sly little ****s who give people the bad rep points and dont say anything to the person directly, people with no backbone who use covert methods to damage other peoples reputations....

    i'm sad to see that boards.ie has decided to facilitate these assholes

    The comment was "A bit harsh?" or something like that. No, merc's head is very smooth, get with the programme you people. You don't want to be insulting his pate with all the work he obviously puts into it.

    Why i don't know? The original poster asked a question, and I tried to answer it honestly, and without offending anyone. Someone obviously didn't like my answer and gave me the negative karma, but they didn't even leave a comment on my rep sheet. I'd like to have known what exactly they found wrong with my post

    How exactly do I see a list of rep points that has been taken/added to me, the comments, etc? I had a look around the User CP, but can't find anything?

    If you go to User CP, the first thing you see should be a list of the top 5 points recived. Does that help, or have you already seen that (I expect you have).
