EsatBT Single Billing

EsatBT are now offering single billing, which means you won't get an €ircom billl anymore you will pay the line rental directly to esat and the calls as well presuming EsatBt is your carrier.You will no longer ring €ircom if there is a fault on the line it will be EsatBt's responsibility. well i would imagine this is a disadvantage , i know it can be hard to get eircom to fix a fault but just think what it would be like having to go through esat before its passed onto eircom and then they both blame each other
