    The system is designed to only allow you to give rep to someone once before having to spread it around. It's quite hard for a single user to give another user the rep that say, you have. In fact that's what this thread is about: MrPudding's inability to continue his feud with Arcadegame2004.

    Maybe if you actually read threads that you reply to your rep would improve? :)

    Tell me... how much rep do you have to "spread around" before you can start giving a user bad rep again? I feel quilty for giving some people bad rep yesterday and want to give them back some love.
