Adding Mirror disk in Windows2000Pro

Anyone know if its possible to create a mirror disk in Windows 2000 (workstation not server). I've been reading articles such as http://www.winnetmag.com/Article/ArticleID/14678/14678.html which seem to suggest its not possible, but surely there's some application that can do it????
