Hope someone can clear up my confusion...I have ISDN and signed up to Eircom's flat rate 60. A short while ago I switched over to the Smart Telecom, who will now handle calls and line rental. What should happen is that eircom will send Smart a file with your billing details for any excluded calls - that is the line rental, your flat rate, and any other excluded calls (such as fixed SMS calls which are not carried by Smart). You pay Smart and they pay the money onto eircom (keeping the agreed margin for themselves)
