    Hi I bought a PC online on a German site and foolishly
    didnt ask for the English XP home and works package. Is
    there XP packs I can download to change to English?

    No, you'll have to install the full English version to get English UI.

    Ask them if they'll change it for you (i.e. send them back the install CD's), it's worth a shot, you've nothing to lose.
