Sp2 Security Centre Error

I've disabled my firewall and the 2 security alerts which inform me so. But everytime I restart windows a get a security alert even though I have disabled the alerts they enable themselves again.The firewall changes from not being monitored to off. It's happening on 2 of my pc's. Is anyone else having this trouble? center15

I did that but as soon as I restart it'll have unchecked that again.
