Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am just planning my holidays, and there is one thing I am unsure of. Normally if a Bank Holiday falls onto the weekend, the folloiwng monday is free.

How is it this year for christmas and New Year ?

The 25th is a saturday, the 26th is a sunday. Normally these days are bank holidays. Would that mean that the monday should be off as well ?

The same for New Years. It is a Saturday. Does that mean the Monday after is a Bank Holiday as well?

    I am a bit confused.

    Cheers,
    DSAB

If a Bank Holiday falls on a Saturday... it is observed on the Monday.
If a second consecutive Bank Holiday falls on the Sunday... it is observed on Tuesday.

I love it when Christmas and New Year's fall that way! :D
