    Got 3 PC's using a combined router+hub.

"Reports" folder on PC2 has 15000 .doc's, PC1 accesses it almost instantly, PC 3 accesses it slowly, taking 5 minutes to scan for objects, I installed bandwidth monitor pro, and the download goes at 18kb/s, on PC1 it goes at 1.2mb/s, and yet when I transfer files to the slow PC, the files transfer at 1.1mb/s, even though it only loads up the folder at 17kb/s.

If that makes any sense :/

Tried turning off QOS, creating new home network, etc etc.

Using XP on PC1+PC3, and 95 on PC2
