    Why not set up a pay pal donations button so you can accept donations for boards.ie - i would gladly donate a few quid. Boards has made it easy for me to find computer parts and saved me time in looking for answers to everything!

    Set it up lads - if ye get 10euro then at least it's 10 euro ye had not b4!

    Become a subscriber. You give a little to boards, they give you a little in return too :) (custom avatars, tag lines, journal etc)

    I want to subscribe too but the link is *still* not working

    'boards.ie/vbulletin does not have any paid subscriptions available to which you can subscribe.'

    I can do bank transfer if it's any easier . . .

    Bank transfer is still available, but paypal is actually easier right now. I turned it off because we were getting new subscribers who we couldn't support. The subscriber features are still b0rked.

    Subscriptions are 5 euro per month or 50 euro per year.

    A little thing about the button.
    You can't middle click to open a new tab and when you do click it, it opens in the same window thus taking you away from boards.

    There has been some confusion ...

    A 5 euro donation goes straight into our pockets and you don't get any of those features ...

    I turned off the new subscriber signup feature because we haven't fixed all the subscriber stuff yet. I see your donation though. I can set you up for a month as subscriber now if you wish, or you can wait until the stuff is all fixed. Right now you'll get e-mail, a journal, access to that forum and I'll set up custom avatar/tag for you if you want. Photopost is still screwed.

    I just sent boards.ie a modest sum via paypal having finally spoted the button at the bottom of the page! It took all of 10 seconds.
