    Just caught this on BBC. To celebrate the 20th anniversary they are reviving the original Infocom Text adventure-but adding graphics...

    THE FROOD PROGRAMME

    The BBC is reviving the classic Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy computer adventure game to mark the show's return to Radio 4.

    The 20th anniversary edition will be an online adaptation of the text adventure, written by Douglas Adams, who described it as "the first game to move beyond being user friendly, it's actually 'user insulting' and 'user mendacious'."

    It will feature graphics by Rod Lord, who illustrated the TV series.

    "The game will appear on bbc.co.uk/radio4 from September 21st."

    Radio 4's Hitchhikers site, which launches this week, will also feature behind-the-scenes footage and interviews.

    Downloaded that from Underdogs not so long ago. Didn't get very far, but it seemed alright if you could be bothered.
