EA are meant to be releasing the Demo for MOH:Pacific Assault (some time today 03/09/04).

fukkin hell thats a big demo... Im just about finished the Russian campaign on Call Of Duty so this might keep me entertained for a while !

On the orignal gamespot site that you posted the demo is meant to be coming out today but there was older news on same site that the demo was delayed and this is what deadwing prob saw http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/medalofhonorpacificassault/news.html [see the demo delayed is older news] so as far as i can tell they demo should be out today or tomorrow!!

Edit: see it was delayed for two weeks but look @ date posted [NEWS - POSTED: 07/29/04] so demo is on time...

Just found out thats its been realeased already to the memeber of MOH:Army but will be realeased to public in couple more hours

not what I expected at all,gfx actually are not all that good for some reason,havoc physics ? very little use of them, and no ragdolls or much destructable scenery or blood. :mad:

with gamespot u have to download that crappy plugin they have. i don't like it. I think i'll just wait in line at fileshack

I managed to get on one of the fileplanet free servers

Downloaded, installed, set config and then waited while game loaded...

Seems to be a bit of a system hog....took a few minutes to load up...though my rig ain't the creme de la creme.....still runs d3 pretty fine...

Graphics are pretty groovy as are the AI and physics....though what took 5 hours to download was finished in about 15 minutes.....must be the shortest demo I've ever played....

Still - enjoyed it but won't be purchasing......

This was at Games Stars Live in London the other day, there was a queue, and I forgot to come back latter - doh! (the Sims 2 scared me away!)
