Question concerning vacant applications

    I applied for a a course and i got it on the first round but decided not to accept it, anyhow time went by and it's no longer offered to me but it's still got vacant places and i've decided that i want to do it. However it says

    ERROR - You have either entered no courses or you have entered only courses for which you have received offers.

    So what exactly do i do in this situation ?

    Pray to the CAO god that they take pity on you when you phone them up grovelling after messing up their system?
