Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I need to send flowers abroad. Can anyone recommend a good secure website for doing so, please.

I've used this one twice this year to send flowers to Spain. I got to see one of the bunches when I was over there at one stage and I was very impressed by the size of the thing. But it all depends on who the agent is in the destination city.

They use the Interflora service, but they are based in Dun Laoghaire, so you can give them a call if necessary.

Expect to pay around €50 to €70 though.

Depending on the country you hope to send the flowers to (and your language skills), i'd recommend searching for a flowershop at the destination as you will pay thru the nose if you use interflora. They do however take most of the hassle out of it, for their premium!

My girlfriend is in england, so i just ring up a local florist (that i found by googling) and get them to deliver. saves me about 50-70 euro each time (Roses are a ****ing ripoff in this country :( )

Thanks for the advice. It's in Zurich so it's going to be expensive anyway but I don't care about the money cos I'm an aunt again!!!
