    Just a question about the Optional and Kunark Patch ....

    Now that I'm over in FV .. do I Need to get them?

    What the hell is the optional one anyways.

    You dont need the kunark patch as you have the runins of kunark version of EQ.THe kunark patch was for ppl without ROK so they could buy kunark loot and see the iskar.

    The optional patch is needed got the Odus zone they added called the Hole.
