Vodafone offer online Care Centre

    Vodafone have made an online "Care Centre" available via their web site. It collates and links to a lot of the information dispersed over their whole site in one place and offers some basic trouble shooting advice and some handy 'Did you know' tips to give extra/related info.

    It's presented in the similar style to a Windows Help system, be aware that some links will launch in a separate window to get you the relevant info that may be deeper into the main site

    That's a pretty good idea. simple to use and even the price plans are easier to understand.
    Now if only they can keep their site operational 90% of the time.....
