Irish Internet Statistics - Availability?

Hi Folks, Does anybody know if statistics about Internet usage in Ireland are available from anywhere (preferably for free!). I'm particularily interested in the number of people using e-mail and, preferably, on a county-by-county, or, failing that, a regional/provincial basis. Thanks for any help . . . Regards, Tommy.
