    On the way to work this mornin in Limerick we were passed by a Garda Escort for Princess Anne and her entourage. I felt privileged, her daughter is a complete bird.

    Believe it or not there are those who would wish her harm.

    Personally I could not give a flying fornication where the Royal family go or what they do as the sponging bast@rds don't get any of my taxes.

    there was some muck in the irish independent today about the visit of princess anne. The journo reckoned that we should join the commonwealth again ... so we can build better relations with the north and the UK :rolleyes: . Im sick of this rubbish.

    We're already partners in the EU and The British Irish Council, courtesy of the Good Friday Agreement. What the hell do we need the Commonwealth for?

    What difference would it make, apart from having our ambassador in London renamed a High Commissioner?
