Anyone else using DigiWeb (ADSL) getting slow speeds?
My normally nippy connection is like treacle tonight, and I'm not being throttled either.

Blacknight's ISP Speedtest reports the following:
    Download Speed: 807Kbps
    Upload Speed: 316Kbps
    Quality of Service: 26%

Im on a 3Meg DSL line.. and my average download/upload speeds are 2500/350Kbps

My line stats are the same as they always have been for the past 3 years, and my modem syncs perfectly fine at 3072/384.
Im strongly suspecting Digiweb have some network congestion issues.. anyone else with this issue?

Traceroutes and ping of routers is no longer reliable as they put ICMP (ping) on low priority compared with other traffic as protection against DDOS attacks.

The problem is unlikely to be in Digiweb's network. Did you ring/email support?
