IBB Ripwave, Donnybrook mast

MY friend rang me from Irishtown, he is on the donnybrook mast and cant get a green (or red) light on his Irish broadband ripwave modem, This is his second modem. Anyway he cant get a light, Is the donnybrook mast down today ? Thanks for any quick replies.

i havent got a red light in two months. Forget IBB they are useless. Sick to my teeth of them and their "tech" support.

I dunno about the Donnybrook mast, I'm in Ballinteer but it keeps going down for a half-hour or so at a time every now and then.
