    question as topic... when does Weapon start flying around on disc two of FF7?

    I think its after he attacks Midel, when Cloud becomes sane again. After you kill Ultima you can Fight Ruby and you probably already can fight Emerald.

    you can fight emerald once you get the sub.
    but ive got cloud back (sane)but i dont want to go to far ahead im just before you go to city of ancients with bugenhagen-but i want clouds weapon now
