Is the only reason they were caught that they were foolish to sign an Admins name to the rep? You say to report impersonations but how would the averag user know they are being impersonated?
I believe this to be a good example of why the comment box should be replaced with a standardised list of reasons. Surly there are far to many rep comments for the Admins to read and make sure no impersonations are being made.
