    Domino lotus notes -- anyone know any free tutorial sites -- ive done the normal seaches and found very little - a few exam questions and mostly admin and developing. Im specifically looking for helpdesk tutorial - intermidiate to advanced.

    Any ideas -- ?

    What do you mean by helpdesk tutorial? To create one? or for a job in it?

    If it is a job, it shouldn't matter as generally helpdesks would have a database you look up (as well as some formal training).

    If it is to create a helpdesk application, you need to do some serious study or find an already made workflow application. I don't recall Domino coming with one by default, but it is possible to make with ease (if you have development experience).
