Returning IOL BB modem?

I have had the free 3 month trial from IOL since the end of June, I would like to keep it but alas! I'm moving house and the new pad is not BB enabled (outside the 3 km exchange radius). Just wondering does anyone know what address to send the modem back to? Still waiting for a reply from Esat customer care since this…

just send it back into their registered address I would guess, they've a building at the back of grand canal dock station, so maybe that's it? Look it up in the golden pages..
