Esat Connection Problems

After around 2 1/2 months of waiting i'm finally set up for esat business broadband. My only problem now is that i cant seem to connect to it using my computer. The engineer attached it to his laptop and it worked perfectly, but i dont seem to be having much success. I just plugged in the modem, entered all the settings…

The engineer attached it to his laptop and it worked perfectly, but i dont seem to be having much success. I just plugged in the modem, entered all the settings and then attempted to create a new connection in xp. But every time i do this i get absoloutely no success at all. Just wondering if anyone could give me a quick step through guide as to how I should be attempting to set up the connection. And also if anyone could tell me how to acess the web interface of the Ericsson HM230dp i'd greatly appreciate it.
