The search is on for the "Merman and Mermaid of Ireland 2005". Big Blue Squid, Northern Irelands first dedicated underwater camera shop has opened it's virtual doors with the launch of a contest to find the "Merman and Mermaid of Ireland 2005".

Big Blue Squid aims to bring underwater photography equipment within easy reach of Northern and Southern Ireland divers and sports enthusiasts.

To celebrate their launch Big Blue Squid is offering two of the latest Fujifilm digital compact cameras, the F810 along with the official Fuji housing plus £100 cash to the dive clubs of the top two winners.

Hmmm, we could always raffle the camera off and add the 100 yoyo's to it for the Santa Strike Force. What do people think? This being the boards.ie scuba club ...
