Also, the "FOAFSpace graph" didn't work for me. I may need a Java upgrade, but for now am still as in the dark about what it's meant to do!

Not working for me either. I'm guessing the java app is trying to connect to http://www.boards.ie/network/foaf.php?u=1163, which isn't going to work because it's not set up for my firewall...

Interesting. Not 100% sure how that's displayed on a graph. Will have to wait and see.

So is this the whole idea of the FoaF, or does it have more hidden charms?

(just incase anyone didn't figure it out, you can see your graph by getting the string of digits in your FoaF and replacing the ones in the one linked, or going to foafspace.com and using the search! Use seamus' link if java isnt working)

For those having problems viewing:

When you click on somebody the focus changes to them in a really funky way.

Your Java has to be working. If not, get it from www.java.com. Also check your browser to see if it's security is preventing it from running java apps. Also it takes a while to load, even over broadband so try waiting.
