Service interval says i should change the aux drivebelts now, it's cheap quick and easy job, but looking at the belts, they are in very good nick, no cracks, no shinyness no signs of wear, the tension is even nearly spot on. Seems a bit wasteful to change them, what does anyone else think?

When in doubt change them. Always. Not worth taking the risk of one of them going.

How long is a piece of string - how old is the car, have the belts ever been changed, are they OEM parts or spurious, would you make it worse by changing them, are you keeping the car for much longer, if its cheap and easy why even ask the question, do it in the Corrie St. ad break. Or if its a Hyundai, take a fresh one from the packet in the bathroom cupboard and throw the old one in the brown wheelie bin.
