Ignore the arguments. If you haven't got Interpol's "Antics", you are missing out on the greatest album of the year. Its absolutely brilliant.

Aside from that, I'd check out Biffy Clyro, Billy Talent, Mansun, Vast, or if you want something really ambient, go for God Is An Astronaut.
