Right, Have 1 PC, 1 Laptop (wireless). Replaced original wireless router, with new netgear one. Could access internet from both machines, but could not share files. This system worked perfectly with old router,but not with new one. Problem was Zonealarm. Sorted

Right,

Don't do that ~~ it's a little bit rude to just edit out your problem like that; when you find a solution just let it be and tell us the answer so we can help anyone with the same problem.

Amazing - a firesharing problem caused by a firewall

There's hardly more than one new thread on this every fortnight.
and yes that is what a firewall is supposed to do - prevent access to your machine.
