Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a friend looking to move one piece of furniture from Rathmines to lepardstown (not a great distance). If anyone knows of a cheap man with a van please let me know, thanks alot!

Its a waste to rent a van as its only 20mins from door to door, so would only use it for 30 mins total. Hoping to get someone to do it cheaper than renting a van.

If it helps I seem to remember regularly seeing "Man with a Van" ads in the Drogheda Leader.

Okay, it doesn't help, does it?

The item is a sitting room press kinda thing, about 6ft high by 4ft.

"Drogheda Leader" doesnt really help, ;).

As i said in the begining its for a friend, but i would imagine somewhere around 50 quid would be fair. Easy money for the driver!
