Well if American Beauty doesnt get Best Picture and Adapted Screenplay, plus Best Actor for Spacey, then there is no justice in the world.

Oh wait, Forrest Gump got best picture over Pulp Fiction in 1994, so there is actually no justice, or more like the Academy voters are a bunch of vvankers.

I'd love to see "South Park: Bigger Longer & Uncut" win the award its up for. If only so that they could print that it won an Oscar on the video case... I would find that vastly amusing

I used to hope the best films would get the awards, but after the Titanic fiasco and having been to Hollywood last year, you can see that it really doesn't reflect quality at all. It's just corporate ass-kissing.
